Kim is a second year doctoral
student at Indiana University. Prior to pursuing her Ph.D.,
she worked in a variety of marketing positions in the U.S. and
overseas for companies such as Procter and Gamble and PetSmart.
Most recently, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer for
David's Bridal. Kim's research interests focus on strategic
marketing issues including how retailers can develop and
enhance the brand-consumer relationship and understanding how
CMOs can maximize marketing function capabilities.

Liwu is a doctoral candidate at Boston
University’s School of Management. He holds a B.B.A. in Marketing
from National ChengChi University and M.B.A. from National Dong-Hwa
University, Taiwan. He served as a Lieutenant in the Taiwan Army
from 2002 to 2004. Prior to entering the PhD program, he received
an MA in applied statistics from the University of Pittsburgh. His
research interests focus on the link between marketing and firm
value. Liwu’s dissertation contributes to the literature on
branding, firm valuation and risk components by examining the role
of brand equity in an environment characterized by Web 2.0. Other
projects include brand portfolio strategy effects on firm
performance and the influence of strategic emphasis in franchised
channels on shareholder value. Liwu enjoys bowling, playing poker,
and traveling with his wife, Suchen. |

Marie A. Yeh is a third year
doctoral student at Kent State University. She received a
Master's in Education in Counseling from Old Dominion
University in Norfolk, VA and a Bachelor of Science in Health
Education from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her
extensive work experience includes management positions in
healthcare, nonprofits and the public sector. She most
recently was the principal/owner of a fundraising consulting
firm. Her research interests include persuasion, consumer
socialization and decision making as well as healthcare
marketing. She is also a passionate social entrepreneur
having been involved in the start-up of two nonprofit
organizations. |

Melissa is a second year Ph.D.
student at Florida State University. She earned her MBA from
Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL and her BA
from Stetson University in DeLand, FL. She brings to the table
nearly ten years of sales and marketing management experience
from corporations such as Bayer HealthCare. This leads her to
her research interests in sales and strategy. Besides
research, Melissa is a marathon runner and enjoys many
activities with her three dogs and her husband including
boating, fishing, hiking, and especially traveling. |

Erin is a third year doctoral student
at the University of Mississippi. She earned her MBA and
Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Auburn University. She
has worked in sales and advertising, most recently working as
a pharmaceutical sales representative for GlaxoSmithKline for
several years. This experience has led to her strong research
interest in sales. Erin also enjoys spending time with her
husband and two dogs. |

Jeff Boichuk earned an MSc in
Marketing at Brock University (St. Catharines, Ontario,
Canada), just a short drive from his hometown – Burlington,
Ontario. That was during the years 2008-2010. Now, deep in the
heart of Texas, Jeff is a second year PhD student at the
University of Houston. Interested in strategy and empirical
modeling research, he strives to address managerially relevant
problems with comprehensive analytic procedures. He’s an
active member of the Sales Excellence Institute (SEI) at the
University of Houston and thoroughly enjoys interviewing and
interacting with executives, managers, salespeople, and
customers of SEI’s strategic partners. This research approach
allows him to truly understand marketing phenomena from
multiple angles. His current research is focused on the topics
of New Product Development, Customer Relationship Management,
the Marketing-Sales Interface, and Customer Orientation.

Joon-Hee (Joon) Oh,

Joon is currently working on his Ph.D. in Marketing, second
year, at the J. Mack Robinson
College of Business, Georgia State University. Joon received
an MSBA in Finance from University of Rochester, an MBA from
Duke University, and a BBA from Korea University. Prior
to joining the current Ph.D. program, he was a Ph.D. student
in consumer economics at Purdue University. Particular research interests
focus on marketing strategy, B2B marketing, sales, and
international & cross-cultural marketing. He presented his
paper at 2011 Winter AMA. His work experience includes
management positions in strategy and business management,
product development, and project management. In particular, he
was a vice president of business and sales management for
wealth management business at HSBC and an assistant vice
president at Citibank. Joon enjoys golfing and traveling with
his wife, Hyun, and two daughters, Juhye and Juwon. |

June Cotte is an Associate
Professor and George and Mary Turnbull Faculty Fellow
at the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of
Western Ontario. In 2001, Dr. Cotte joined the Ivey
faculty from the faculty of the Moore School of Business at
the University of South Carolina. Prior to teaching at the
Moore School, she completed her PhD in Marketing at the
University of Connecticut. Dr. Cotte’s research interests
focus on behavioral issues, including why and when people will
pay more for ethically produced products, how people perceive
time and how that influences their behavior at work and at
leisure, family influence on behavior, and consumption issues
in gambling. Her work has appeared in the Journal of
Consumer Research, Journal of Business Research,
Journal of Strategic Marketing, Journal of Services Marketing,
and the Journal of Managerial Psychology, as well as in
other journals and books. Additionally, Dr .Cotte has won
several honors for the research she has done, and her consumer
research has been funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities
Research Council of Canada (SSHRC). At Ivey, Dr. Cotte has
taught marketing management and sales management courses, as
well as teaching the doctoral students about research methods
and consumer behavior topics. Currently, she teaches marketing
in several Ivey Executive Development courses, as well as in
the Executive MBA. Her work experience includes marketing
research and industrial sales analysis positions. |
